Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your enrollment:

• More than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund
• 7-14 days before the programme start date: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the programme start date: no refund

We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your programme with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice may incur an administrative fee.

User Responsibilities

When participating in our programmes, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your child attends scheduled sessions
• Providing any necessary information about learning needs or requirements
• Maintaining respectful communication with our staff
• Supervising your child during online sessions if required
• Ensuring appropriate conduct during all sessions
